During the maintenance release, customers will not be able to start new streams, reconnect streams in the event of an encoder disconnect, or stop streams (ie no stream status changes can take effect). The release will take place during the 20 minute allocated time slot and while it is expected to cause a disruption of a few minutes, it could be as little as 30 seconds or up to a maximum of the full 20 minutes.
