Identified - Due to a service degradation in our upstream storage provider (Amazon S3), some of our services are impacted. A small amount of content delivery (less than 0.01%) is currently failing. Uploading new media and creating live streams are also partially impacted.

We expect the upgrade process to last for 30min at which time the Management API and Dashboard will be restricted to READ-ONLY mode. Serving content, players, ads, etc. from JW Platform will remain unaffected; however uploading or updating videos, live streams or configurations will be unavailable.

Identified - The root cause of the AWS Route 53 outage has been identified. New live stream channels are unable to be created, on-going live streams are not impacted.
