A 5 minute downtime maintenance window is scheduled for 2024-01-07 at 05:00UTC. We suggest you handle any creation, updating, or deletion of media items outside from this downtime window.
Any requests to JW Platform (via the APIs or Dashboard) during the maintenance window will not be fulfilled. This means during the 5 minute maintenance window:
- JW Platform users will not be able to create/update a media via the Management API or in the Dashboard. Read functionality will still work.
- There may be inconsistent delivery of VOD media items (non-DRM and DRM protected), as well as a burst of 5XX responses during this window.
- JW Platform users will not be able to start, end, or delete Instant Live or JW Dashboard Broadcast Live streams. Active Instant Live or JW Dashboard Broadcast Live streams will continue to work for existing viewers, but new viewers may experience temporary issues. T
This does not impact Broadcast Live Standalone instances, unless specifically ingesting into the JWP Platform. In that scenario any newly created/updated events may not be reflected in JWP Platform.
