Latency on some Delivery API calls

Higher than normal latency on some Delivery API calls occurred between 21:55 EDT on 2017/06/30 and 12:00 EDT on 2017/07/01. The root cause was an issue with one of our internal systems. All requests to the API were handled, but some took approximately 4 seconds to return. We have taken actions to avoid this situation and ensure faster Delivery API responses in the future.
