Update

There are no more delays. All systems should work as expected. We will continue to monitor the system and resolve the system when recovery work has been fully completed.

Media updates have largely recovered. Delays to changes for media in our delivery API have been resolved. However, searching for media in our dashboard and through our management API might still return inaccurate results.

We have identified the cause of the delays in media updates across several services. There are no more delays for media except for changes to the associated tags. We expect delays for tag changes to disappear later today. Please follow our status updates for more info.

We are currently experiencing delays in media updates across several services, including Playlist-Delivery, Media-Search, and Watchlist-Delivery.

Impact to Customers:
• Media updates in Playlist-Delivery and Watchlist-Delivery may be outdated.
• Media-Search results are delayed.
• Uploads will appear to have not processed.
We are actively investigating the situation and will provide updates as we learn more.
